Ocean-Power leverer Melding med forslag til utredningsprogram for kraftprosjekt i Hammerfest
Prosjektet omfatter etablering av to av våre Blå strøm enheter med en samlet kapasitet på 440 MW elektrisitet. I tillegg til strømproduksjonen vil anlegget levere betydelige mengder overskuddsvarme, som kan utnyttes av lokal industri og til fjernvarmeformål i nærområdet.

Norsk Kjernekraft AS og Ocean-Power AS har signert en Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) for å utvikle konsepter der små modulære reaktorer (SMR) kan plasseres på lektere. Målet er å skape nye, bærekraftige energiløsninger med minimal arealbruk, basert på norsk teknologi og leverandørindustri.

Ocean-Power and Copenhagen Atomics to explore thorium-based energy in Norway
Norwegian energy developer Ocean-Power AS and Danish nuclear technology company Copenhagen Atomics A/S have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly study the potential for producing green electricity and heat in Norway using thorium-based molten salt reactors.

SBM Offshore signs global collaboration agreement with Microsoft
Today, SBM Offshore announced that it has entered into a global collaboration agreement with Microsoft.
The first phase of this collaboration will focus on deploying floating gas power solutions with integrated Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) and Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), leveraging SBM Offshore’s collaboration with Ocean-Power AS.
